ugly magazine's first printed publication is scheduled for release this spring.
i'm so excited to have been apart of another one of armand sanchez's ahhhmazing visions and concepts.
michael ori shot video, video that i can't wait to see. he is extremely talented and so fun to work with.
our location was the most chic little historic house.
it had been remodeled multiple times, in it's earlier years it was used as a meat market.
i fell in love with it's hardware, clean lines and simple charm.
a handsome cactus in the front room welcomed us.
i wanted to kidnap that cactus, i can't recall it's name because i kept wanting to call it hank.
hank the cactus. lol
each room contained beautiful live succulents and vintage goodies.
our gorgeous model, alexandria yamazaki, flew in from seattle.
she was on break from modeling in japan.
she reminds me of a younger devon aoki, such a unique ethnnic hapa beauty.
makayla robinson (and her amazing hair, ughhh talk about hair envy!!) from ulysses salon worked her magic and whipped up the most lovely messy bun i have ever seen.
we all agreed that it should be the next hair fad..so easy yet so sexy.
wardrobe was provided by jessica diane houghs from bastille.
featuring acne, ash, diane von furstenburg and cheap sunday.
and today, i was muchacha the makeup artist.
my vision for alexandria was delicate dark and glossy.
i can't wait to see the finished product and share it all with you.
soon enough :)
